I felt I was entering a 7 star spa when first walking in. The office smelled nice, looked nice and the ambiance was serene. The office has so much personality and is really clean and well kept. The staff was welcoming and made check-in a breeze. Dr. Aunce is professional and is willing to do what's needed to support her patients and ensure their comfort. Initial visit was very positive. Friendly, competent staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Aunce was very congenial and gained my confidence as she presented options for care , effectively communicating the procedure which would occur.. everyone was excellent in assisting Dr. Aunce and keeping the patient comfortable and informed.
